Ingredients (4 persons):
150 g of Creamy Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato / blue)
4 chicken breast fillets
1 cup of flour
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 lemons juice
120 g melted butter
1 clove of crushed garlic
Steps to follow:
- 546/5000Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Add salt to chicken breast fillets.
- Spread the fillets with Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato / blue) and roll. Pass through flour, egg and breadcrumbs each rolled steak.
- Mix the butter, lemon juice and garlic and bathe the breasts with this mixture. It is recommended not to put this mixture in excess on the chicken because the chicken can be slightly acidic by the lemon.
- Put the breasts in a rectangular tray, cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
You can substitute chicken for turkey.
