Pimientos rellenos de setas, lacón y queso cremoso

Preparation time: 35 minutes.

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 250 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato)
  • 12 Piquillo Peppers
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 125 g of lacon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

Steps to follow:

  1. Chop the mushrooms and the lacon and sauté them in a pan with a little salt.
  2. Once it is cooked a little, add the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato) and mix everything well.
  3. Fill the peppers with the previous mixture.


If you want to make a sauce for peppers, it can be made with the same type of Cream Cheese with which the peppers were filled.
