Peppers stuffed with mushrooms, lacon and cream cheese
Preparation time: 35 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 250 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato)
- 12 Piquillo Peppers
- 125 g mushrooms
- 125 g of lacon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Steps to follow:
- Chop the mushrooms and the lacon and sauté them in a pan with a little salt.
- Once it is cooked a little, add the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato) and mix everything well.
- Fill the peppers with the previous mixture.
If you want to make a sauce for peppers, it can be made with the same type of Cream Cheese with which the peppers were filled.
