Canapé de queso cremoso con salmón y calabacín

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs)
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 50 g sliced smoked salmon
  • 8 slices of zucchini
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps to follow:

  1. Fry the zucchini slices in a pan.
  2. Toast the slices of bread.
  3. Cut the apple into tiny sticks.
  4. Spread the toasted bread with the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs).
  5. Arrange the slices of salmon extended, put the slices of zucchini on top, put green apple sticks on one side and roll.
  6. Place two salmon rolls on each slice of toast.
