Cream cheese canape with salmon and zucchini
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs)
- 4 slices of bread
- 50 g sliced smoked salmon
- 8 slices of zucchini
- ½ green apple
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps to follow:
- Fry the zucchini slices in a pan.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Cut the apple into tiny sticks.
- Spread the toasted bread with the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs).
- Arrange the slices of salmon extended, put the slices of zucchini on top, put green apple sticks on one side and roll.
- Place two salmon rolls on each slice of toast.
