Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 160 g Hacendado Cream Cheese (fine herbs / blue)
- 4 Hamburger Breads
- 4 hamburger steaks
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- 1 onion cut in julienne
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
Step to follow:
- Toast the hamburger buns. Spread the bread with the Hacendado Cream Cheese (thin herbs / blue).
- Fry the hamburgers and slices of bacon.
- Brown the onion a little without getting poached at all.
- Once the bread is spread with the cheese, put the lettuce leaf, then the tomato slices, on top of these the golden onion, then the hamburger steak and finally the slices of bacon. Place the cover of the hamburger bun.
