tarta de queso con caramelo-1

Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients (6 persons):

  • 2 Tubs of Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese
  • 250 g of whipping cream
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • A jar of liquid caramel

Step to follow:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Pour the candy into the base of a mold and move it so that the entire surface and sides are covered.
  3. In a bowl, beat the Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese, cream, sugar and eggs.
  4. Pour the mixture into the candy mold.
  5. In a high tray, pour water and then place the mold inside. Put everything in the oven for an hour.
  6. Finally, let the cheesecake cool and put it in the fridge until it is consumed.

Consejo:

You can substitute caramel for a base of biscuits and butter or drunk biscuits.
