
Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients (6 persons):
- 2 Tubs of Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese
- 250 g of whipping cream
- 400 g of sugar
- 6 eggs
- A jar of liquid caramel
Step to follow:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Pour the candy into the base of a mold and move it so that the entire surface and sides are covered.
- In a bowl, beat the Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese, cream, sugar and eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the candy mold.
- In a high tray, pour water and then place the mold inside. Put everything in the oven for an hour.
- Finally, let the cheesecake cool and put it in the fridge until it is consumed.
Consejo:
You can substitute caramel for a base of biscuits and butter or drunk biscuits.
