
Chocolate and cheese brownie with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients (6 persons):
- Chocolate syrup
- Vanilla ice cream
- For the chocolate dough:
- 180 g butter
- 55 g of 70% cocoa fondant chocolate
- 215 g of sugar
- 115 g flour
- 2 eggs
- For the cheese dough:
- 1 tub of Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese
- 65 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
Step to follow:
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
- Melt the butter with the chocolate fondant in a water bath and mix with a spatula.
- Pour the sugar and the two eggs into the chocolate, mix well and then add the flour. Mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
- On the other hand, mix the Hacendado Natural Cream Cheese with the sugar and the two eggs until a fine cream is left.
- Spread the mold with butter. Pour the chocolate cream first and then the cheese cream.
- Place in the oven for about 30 minutes (check if it is made with a stick before taking it out). Let cool before removing from the mold.
- Cut into pieces and put the ice cream and chocolate syrup on top
Advise:
When baking, keep in mind that the temperature can vary a bit depending on the oven, hence you have to check with a stick just in case. When serving it if you put it in the microwave for 10 seconds, the brownie will be hot inside and it will be much more pleasant when combining it with the ice cream.
