chorizo a la sidra-1

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 80 g Hacendado Blue Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 sliced fresh sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 ml of cider
  • 1 onion
  • Salt

Step to follow:

  1. Put half of the oil to be heated in a casserole together with the sliced chorizo. When it is golden on both sides pour the cider.
  2. Cut the onion into strips and put it with the rest of the oil and a little salt.
  3. Toast the slices of bread.
  4. Spread the toasted bread slices with the Blue Cream Cheese and place the sausage and then the onion.
