
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 1 tub of Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light)
- 2 Creamy Yogurts
- 200 g of red fruits
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
Step to follow:
- Pour yogurt, cream cheese (natural / light) and icing sugar into a bowl. Beat until forming a homogeneous cream.
- Fill the glasses with the cream cheese and put them in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.
- Put the red fruits with a little sugar on the fire to make a kind of coulis but without crushing. Once dissolved the sugar and cooked all together, let cool.
- Add the coulis and the red fruits to the glasses
Advise:
When preparing the coulis, we must take into account the degree of sweetness that we like, in order to see the amount of sugar to add.
Note that the amount of yogurt cream that will come out is for medium sized glasses, neither large nor small.
