
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 100 g of Creamy Tomato Cheese
- 12 wafers of empanadillas
- 2 cans of tuna in oil drained
- 60 g poached onion
Steps to follow:
- Mix the drained tuna in a bowl, with the poached onion and the Hacendado Tomato Cream Cheese.
- Fill each wafer of empanadilla with the previous mixture, fold the wafer and close it with a fork.
- Fry the empanadillas in the fryer at 180ºC or in a pan.
Advice:
You can also add a boiled egg, but if you want to do it you have to add more Cream Cheese Tomato Hacendado so that they are not dry.
