ENTREPINARES

Espaguetis con queso azul, bacon, pera y cebolla-1

Preparation time: 35 minutes.

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 200 g of Creamy Blue Cheese
  • 300 g of spaghetti
  • 150 g of bacon cut into strips or dice
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Half chopped large onion
  • 1 Pear diced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano

Step to follow:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in water with a pinch of salt for 8 minutes. Drain them.
  2. In a pan with a few drops of oil sauté the onion and bacon with a pinch of salt.
  3. In another pan pour the milk, the Creamy Blue Cheese and wait until it melts. Pour the pear pieces and mix.
  4. Then, add the bacon and onion and mix well with the cream and pear.
  5. Finally, pour the whole mixture over the spaghetti, stir well and add a pinch of black oregano pepper and salt.

Advise:

This same recipe can be made with noodles or macaroni.
