
Spaghetti with blue cheese, bacon, pear and onion
Preparation time: 35 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 200 g of Creamy Blue Cheese
- 300 g of spaghetti
- 150 g of bacon cut into strips or dice
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Half chopped large onion
- 1 Pear diced
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano
Step to follow:
- Cook the spaghetti in water with a pinch of salt for 8 minutes. Drain them.
- In a pan with a few drops of oil sauté the onion and bacon with a pinch of salt.
- In another pan pour the milk, the Creamy Blue Cheese and wait until it melts. Pour the pear pieces and mix.
- Then, add the bacon and onion and mix well with the cream and pear.
- Finally, pour the whole mixture over the spaghetti, stir well and add a pinch of black oregano pepper and salt.

This same recipe can be made with noodles or macaroni.
