Patatas fritas con salsas de quesos cremosos-1

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 1 tub of Hacendado Cream Cheese (fine herbs / tomato / blue)
  • 6 Potatoes peeled and cut in cane
  • 150 ml of whole / semi-skimmed milk
  • Oil
  • Salt

Step to follow:

  1. Heat the fryer to 180 ° C.
  2. Fry the potatoes in the fryer.
  3. In a skillet pour the milk and the Creamy Cheese Hacendado (fine herbs / tomato / blue). Move well until you get a sauce neither light nor very thick.
  4. Place the french fries on a plate, salt them and pour over the cheese sauce.

Prepare the sauce when the potatoes are almost ready for everything to come out.
