Ingredients (4 persons):
- 1 tub of Hacendado Cream Cheese (fine herbs / tomato / blue)
- 6 Potatoes peeled and cut in cane
- 150 ml of whole / semi-skimmed milk
- Oil
- Salt
Step to follow:
- Heat the fryer to 180 ° C.
- Fry the potatoes in the fryer.
- In a skillet pour the milk and the Creamy Cheese Hacendado (fine herbs / tomato / blue). Move well until you get a sauce neither light nor very thick.
- Place the french fries on a plate, salt them and pour over the cheese sauce.

Prepare the sauce when the potatoes are almost ready for everything to come out.
