Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato)
  • 4 large tartlets
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 g of gulas
  • 100 g prawns
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • Parsley / chives chopped to decorate

Step to follow:

  1. Peel the prawns.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic in slices along with the chilli pepper.
  3. When the garlic begins to brown, add the glues and prawns. Season.
  4. Fill the tartlets with the Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato) to the ¾ parts.
  5. Put the glues and prawns on top of each tartlet.
  6. Garnish with parsley / chopped chives.

Advise:

If you don’t like the chilli pepper, you can substitute it with a little ground white pepper, which would be added at the same time as the salt.
