
Cream cheese tarts with gulas and garlic prawns
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato)
- 4 large tartlets
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 g of gulas
- 100 g prawns
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- 1 small chilli pepper
- Parsley / chives chopped to decorate
Step to follow:
- Peel the prawns.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic in slices along with the chilli pepper.
- When the garlic begins to brown, add the glues and prawns. Season.
- Fill the tartlets with the Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato) to the ¾ parts.
- Put the glues and prawns on top of each tartlet.
- Garnish with parsley / chopped chives.
Advise:
If you don’t like the chilli pepper, you can substitute it with a little ground white pepper, which would be added at the same time as the salt.
