Tosta de paté de queso cremoso con tomates secos, aceitunas y salsa pesto

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 150 g of Creamy Cheese Hacendado (natural / light / fine herbs)
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 30 g boneless black olives
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 75 ml white wine
  • Pesto sauce

Steps to follow:

  1. Toast the slices of bread.
  2. Put the chopped dried tomatoes, honey and wine in a casserole dish. When it boils, remove them, cover them and let them cool.
  3. Pass the above to a bowl, pour the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs), chopped black olives and beat everything. Let stand a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Put the pate on toasted bread and above the pesto sauce.
