
Cream cheese pate toast with dried tomatoes, olives and pesto sauce
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 150 g of Creamy Cheese Hacendado (natural / light / fine herbs)
- 4 slices of bread
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 30 g boneless black olives
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 75 ml white wine
- Pesto sauce
Steps to follow:
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Put the chopped dried tomatoes, honey and wine in a casserole dish. When it boils, remove them, cover them and let them cool.
- Pass the above to a bowl, pour the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs), chopped black olives and beat everything. Let stand a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
- Put the pate on toasted bread and above the pesto sauce.
