
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato / blue)
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ Zucchini diced
- ½ diced eggplant
- 4 diced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ Onion in small dice
- Salt
Step to follow:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Peel the garlic, cut it into slices and add it to the pan.
- When the garlic begins to brown add the zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and salt.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Spread the toasted bread with the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs / tomato / blue).
- Put the vegetables on the toast.
Advise:
In case any of the vegetables do not like it could be changed to others such as mushrooms, pepper, onion …
