
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients (4 persons):
- 80 g of Creamy Hacendado Cheese (natural / light / fine herbs)
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g prawns
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 1 chilli pepper
- Chopped parsley
Step to follow:
- Peel the prawns.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Peel the garlic, cut them into slices and add them to the pan along with the chilli pepper.
- When the garlic begins to change color add the prawns and add the salt.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Spread the toasted bread slices with the Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light / thin herbs).
- Put the prawns on top of each slice and decorate with a little chopped parsley.
Advise:
If you do not want to put parsley, you can put chives in place, and you could change the prawns for the prawns to put larger pieces in the slice.
